The under8igned hereby give6 notice that there wil] be a meeting ot the above Society, held on the IC h of day August next, at tlie Corners, six miles north-west ofthevillage of Plymouth, Wayne county, near the dweU lings of Riifus Thayer and Rev. Samuel Bebens. The object of this meeting, after islrenglhening each others hearts and hands by the exchange of the friendly salutation, and the adoption of such preliminaries ag usiially take place at such meetings, to secure, if deemed practicable, certain importantAmendment6 to our Constitution, eilher at this special meeting or at the next annua meeting: amenamente, suppoeecl by mair to affect vitally the interesls of Abolition i the Methodist church.
