At an adjourned meeting of Abolilionsts of Livingston County, convencd ut rTowell, on Thursday, the 7th day of Oct. 1841, Isaac Smith was oalled to the Chair and E. F. Gay was appointed Secretary, when it was resolved, that the meeting proceed to numinate two candidates for Representativos and one County commissioner. After balloiine it was ununimousiy, Resolved, Thai Isaac Smith of Green Ouk,be notninated for Reprcsentative, and Noah Rumsdell, of Tusoeola. for County commissioner.
