The annual meeting of ihe Michigan Weeleyan Auti-Slavery Society will be holden at Arm Arbor on the second Wednesday of Janunry next to commence preciscly at 10 o"clock A. M. and continue through ihe day and evening. Let every memher of the Methodist Episcopal church in this Stnte, who loves the canse of the poor slave, and wishes well to Zion, be in attendance. We bid them a hearty welcone to our village, and will do all in our power to make ihem comfortable while among us. Let those choice spirits who during the pnst year have feit it their duty to secede from the church come up to our solemn feast. We shall rejoice to receire tliem as l'ellow laborers iti the tho cause of emancipation, - Come, brelhren, to the rescue! tothe rescue! G. BECKLEY.
