In Ann Arbor, June 3d, Mr. Zechariah Sears, oged 60 years.As a neighbor and a friend he was without. reproach- always kind and coridescending b or about seven years he was an anxious inquirer after truth and duty. For about three years he has been an exeuiplary member of the Presbyterian church of Webster. He Joved the Sanctuary, and was constantly and punctually there. He delighted in the prayer-meeting- loving the place where many never wish to be. He took great interest in the progre3s of religión; and was ever ready to aid, io the extent of his ability, every benevolent object. He has Ieft a brighà example behind him- his path having been "hke the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. The memory of the Just is blessed. The righteous shall be in eve rlasting rememberance."-Comm. In Green Oak, Livingston Co. on the llth of April last, Orage S. Sears, son of the above, aged 31 years.
