O'utrage.-The St. Charles, (Mo.) Ádvertisor gives an account of a horrible nutrage' committed by some eight or nine men calling themselves regulators, upon two travellers upon Ihe rivei road", near Marrha's viïle, Warren c'ounty, in that Stnte. Theso men' were on foot senfch of employment as they slated themselves, when theyi werê seized by tbe regulators, tied hand and ooí to a tree, and so severely flogged that ne of'thsm wasleft under the'chre of a phyiciiin; and the other missing, snppósed to be ead One of the regulators has been arresed, recognized by the suflèrer, and wilí be' ried for the oífence. No en use is assigned or the outrnge, ex'tíept that thë travellera were euspicious looicing persons, and there vas great exöitement in Warren county in onsequence of the recent assassination of Dr. ones.
