In Ann Arbor, September 6th, 1842. James Jones furmerly of Fairlax.' Vermonr, in the 50th yenr of lus age, with inflammation upon the brain. Thus. another mortal, has been swept from off ihe stage of nciion, and theatre of human existencia. Hiesickness was of short duration. With a ful! faith n the gospel of the "Princc of Peacc," he feil islëep in the arm of death; looking forward hrougli the rista of the future, when he by the voiccr of the resurrection would particÃpate, and enjoy thatresi of immortal bliss, which is for the ;';n;;ily of man.
