It has from 30 to 40 scholars, from fonr to thirty years of nge, chiefiy of the families who have fied from bondatre. Thcy arrive thcre almost naked, and are often reduceü to the greatest destitution. Very few of thetn cnn read, and many are mieerably degraded.
