One of the other diatricts s very strongly Loco.The Boonvillc Missouri Obaerver says, that, at the present term of our Circuit Court, Judge Morrow presiding, n negro sla ve was brought into Court, charged with having forged an order on one of our merchants; and the indictment was quashed, on the ground that u negro could not commit forgery .
