-We sec by the FreeLabor Advocate that Bemming, the Liberty Candidare ior Gov., reccivcd 413 votes in VVayne Co. II. P. Bennett, candidate for Congress, received 408, which was the largesf vote on the liberty ]st. In New Garden township, where the Advocate is printed, the liberty vote was 155. whüe the whig and democratie vote together, wos ouly 89. The Advocate says, "The probability is: that the freemen (1) of Indiana have chosen a practical elaveholder [Jesse D. Bright,] for their Lt. Governor. to do with slavery, Ha?"
