At lbo recent Whignominating Convention ït Anburn, N. Y. Gov. Seward made a speech :ontaining the following significant sentences. There was no allusion to Clay, a National Bank, a high protective Tariff&cc, but the nccursed syetem of human filavery'' j8 not forgotten. Gov. Seward is in odvance of fa8 party.
