FosFoster, and Spencer Jaroagin, the foïmer for Mr. Grundy's unexpired term, and the latter for six years from March 4, 18J1. This secures a Whig mojority in the U. S. Senate. Tennessee has nol been represent ed Ín the Senate, vo believe, since 1S41.
