A Coiu'ention wil] be heíd at the schoolhouse in Coluoi'bia, Jackson Cöunty,on ïhursday the 13lh day of December next, and the follovying daj'sj for the purpose of organizingan imlaslrial Associaticn on the above plan. The CoDvention will be opened at eleven o'ciock, A. M. with an aduress setting furth, the èvüs necessarily aïtènding1 he present state of cívilized lile, ihe future prospect of those continuing in it, and the advantages of Association over civiJizafion. A Cönstituaon wül be a 'optef,1 and a petition to the Legislature for an act of incorporation.
