Annual Temperance Meeting

The friends of Temperance througbout the State will bear in mind that the annual meeting of the State Temperance Society will be held at Adrián on the Second Tuesday, [9th day] of January next, at 10 o'clock A. M. Teototalers of every name, let us turn out by scores, and give Adrián a cold water sweat, and obtain a drain of the elixer of Jife, with which to infuse ardent spirits into the community. Editors of papers throughout the State will confer a favor upon themselves and friends of Temperance by noticing the above meeting.
