We have before us a copy of the "Co lumbian Gazclte," formcrly published in this city, hearing date March 9, 1813 '. Amongthc advertisementsof the "Coknnbian," we notice the follovvino"Ran away f rom the subscriber, about 10 o'clock this morning, a BLACK MAN agod 19, namcd MORRIS-he ís very short, vcry thick set, liad on a dark brown coatee, the same colored trowers, both woolen, a good pair of cowhide shoes, and a half worn wool hat.
