The undersiyned will furnish the bignal of Liberty to new Subecribers for six months to commence 'ony time previous to the first of September, foi the smaD sum of fifty cents, payable invariably in advance. At this price, jt will be the cheaptst paper 'm the Stnte, according to the amouut of reading matter.- The L6 numhers of the Signal wül average twenty columna of reading matter each, mnking tnorethan fivchundied columns for fifty cents. The character of the Signal is pretty generally known in the State. It will contai all important general news, the proceedings of Congress, and considerable miscellaneous matter. In its politics it advocates the great principies of the Lilierty Party as of pararnoiint importance, while conceding to other questions that relative value to which they are justly entitled. The Editors intend to treal political opponents with the utmost courtesy. without, hou ever, in any manner, suppressing the truth: and while thcy wil1 carefully ab6tain from nmking any nssertioDS, or putting forth any posi'ions that are not strictly true, they will maintain he Liberty principies, and every righteous Reform, with uncompromising tenacity. This arrangrmpnt is notmade from any motive of pecuniary cmolumeut, for it wil! scarcely pny the expense, but for the purpose of disseminating our principies more wideJy than can be done through yenrly subscriptions only. They therefore hope the enterprise will be favored by every Liberty man in the State. Great numbers con he induced to take 80 cheap a paper for so short a time without reference to politics, if they are af-ked. Business men can eecure a large number of theii workmen and cuetomers, by advancing the few 8hillings for them, and charging the amount ou book to theif, -account. A g.eneral circulation of the Sigriál will have an im portant bcBring on the ensuing election, and iá 6ome measure supply the want of local Lib erty papers. The liberality of the tennp, and the necessiiy of a more general diffusion of Liberty principies, encoursge the hope that severa] thousand papers may be ordered upon this plan. The aid and co-operation of the friends of Liberty, Virtuc, and Knowledge, is respectfully solicjted.
