We have repeatedly expressed our onvictions of the importance and necesüty of tract distributions. At the late uiniversary at Adrián, our old fellow lawrer and Liberty pioneer, S. B. Treadvell, of Jackson, was appointed a tract sommittee to supply the State. This he hinks a hard case, unless the means are ut in his hands. It is very much like 'making bricks without straw"! All conributors, if they please, can rcceive the value of their money in tracts, at convenent places, which will be announced as soon as they are ready for delivery. Every town should take a quantity of tracts br distribution. And we propose that at he meeting to nomínate town officers, he Liberty men present shall determine on the aniount of tracts which they will mrchase, and forthwitk take up a collection on. the spot, and appoint an individual to procure and distribute them. Do not neglect this, nor delay it;now is the time to sow good seed. We will warrant a dozen tracts, which will cost three or four cents, if properly circulated, to make at least one Liberty man and perhaps several; and can you do up your work, cheaper, quicker, easier or better!
