This association was formeel last week. lts object is the extensión of Liberty principies. We shall publish the Constitution and list of officers next week. A public meeting is to be held at the Mechanics' Lyceum this (Saturday) evening, which citizens generally are requested to atltend. O53 O. C. Com8tock Jr. has been appoint ed commiesjnn of Internal Improvemonts in the place of Thos. W. Wells, by a vote of 35 to 30.
