Ty the Hartford Freeman we have furthèr returns of the election, by which itappears that insteadofa falling oiTof several hundred liberty votes, as has been trumpeted in the Whig papers with great exultation, the vote is 1,943, being 71 more than last year. The Freeman sajs the oilicial returns wil.l probubly raise the Liberty vote to 2,000.
