A Convention of the friends of Liberty for Shiawassee and Clinton counries on tho 19tb day of Jure next,nt 10 o'clock A. M, nt the house of J. W. Giibert on tbc Grand River Road. The objects of the Onnvention w be to put in nominntion a suitable person to rep u-sent tbem in the State Lfgislature: to nominale eounty officers to beelected in November next; to effect a more thorougrh organizution of the party in the twy counties, and to prepare to give snccesf;il battle to the ene mies of Equal Rights during the fall campaicrn. Innsmuch as there is no organizntion of the party m these two counties we affectionately inviie every liberty man to be present as a ieJeaie- -nd asist by their presence in givmg a nght tone to the deliberations of a con?ention called for the purpose of organizaron i party whose fundamentül pri nciples are- Equal Juslice to all.
