On motion, Resolved, That Dr. N. M. Thomas, Henry Montague, S. W. Mills, J. P. Marsh, Isaac Masón and Samuel Boyle be nppointed delégate to the Senatorial Convention. On motion, Resolved, That a committee on nominations be appointed to consist of one person from cach town represented in the Convention. J. P. Marsh, F. G. Mills, M. Kingsley, E. Thayer, C. Andrews, I. Mason, R. Bishop, J. Kelly, and Rev. A. B. Cobb, were appointed said committee. On motion, Resolved, That Dr. N. M. Thomas, I Briggs and J. P. Marsh, constitute the county corresponding committee, for the ensuing year. On motion, adjourned until the close of the senatorial convention. Afternoon Scssion.-The committee on nominations reported, and the report was accpted, and on motion the conventicn proceeded to the nomination of candidates for the various county offices, by ballot, whieh resulted in the nomination of Delanore Duncan and Henry Montague, as candidates for Representatives to the Legislature, Simeón Mills and Isaac Mason for Associate Judges, William Logan for udge of Probate, Roswell Ransom for Sheriff, Alexander H. Edwards for Couny Clerk, Moses Kingsley for Register, Samuel Percival for Treasurer, Jesse Thomas, for County Surveyor, and Levi Blackmer, and N. H. Peck, for Coroners. On motion, Resolved, That the County Central Committee be authorized to fill any vaancy that may occur in the above nomnations. Adiourned sine die.
