Pa. a Liberty paper, has ihe following notice ot the state of feeling among the Whigs of Louisville, Ky. respecting Annexation: "We are positively assured by a Ãriend lately returned from Louisville, that all the Whigs of that ci'.y most positively declare that Mr. Clny is warmly favorable to the Avnzxaiion of Texas- the only difficulty in the way, which they have no doubt will be removed, being the oppas tion of Mexico.
