We understand tliat tho 'Virginia case against Mr. Torrey will be tried in a few days, beforeChief Justice Taney and Judge Heath, oftho Ürtitód Statee Circuit court, in Baltitnore. Arrangernents w'uï be made for a full and accurate report. In addition to F. Gallagher, Esq. the excellent junior couase], first eniployed, we learn that Reverdy Johnson, Esq., of Baltimore; Gov. W. IISewAitD.of New York; and Gen. Samuel Fessendeh, of Portland, Me., will appear as Mr. Tor, rey's counsel befo ro the Circuit Court. j It is said that Gov.
