We are authorized to take issue in this allegation, and to deny the (act. We now alledge that no "Locofoco" was present, nor other than whig, unless the Advertiser reckons as "present," those who may have been casual iy passing through the streets, and who of coursesaw the assembly of whigs, reading a paper, but without hearing its contents, or knowing their business.
