We learn from the papers that the cas of Miss Delia Webster was sulimitted to the Jury, at Lexington, Ky., on Friday the 2Oth ult.t after 'learned and able ar! guments from M;r. Robertson and Mr Pindeli for the P.rosecution, and Messrs Shy, Johnson and Combs, for the De.' fencé. The Jury, Mr renwining to' gether all night, returned in-io Court on aturday rnorning with a' vferdlct of guilty, and fixed her punUtnent at two years confmement in ihe Penitentiary.- The members of the Jury, in considera-tion of her sex, signed a petition to the Governor for her pardo... But the Gov. ernor refnsed to pardon her.
