Al. BANT. .NEW YORK. This house, the property of E. C. Delavan Esq. is now thoroughly repaired. - 11 the nccomodationsare on the largest and most convenient scale. The lower )artof the building is occupied by seveneen stores, dining room, parlors, &c, vhilo the three upper stories contain 150 partments, constructed in the most conenient inanner, and supplied with grates, )ells and water. A steam engine in the Misement raises water from a well, when eecssary, at the rate of 18,000 gallons day. 'J'he House is kept by Nathaniel iogers, and is strictly a Tmperance Iouse. All Temperance men should )atronize it.
