We have had a very interesting mecling of our Liberlv friends jn tliis County, and have nominated those old tried friends of the cause, Harrison Kkli-ey and Wji. Woodrüff, for Kepresentatives. The following resolulions were unanimousy adopted:- - Resolved, That this meeting view the proceedinge lately had by the Slave Power of Kexitucky to euppress "the True American," as a most cowardly attack upon a ick man,and on; enlirely wortliy of its infamous leader, Thomas P. Makshall. Resolved, Thnt Cassius M. Clny is worthy of our warmcst support in Iiis efforts to tlirow liglit into the inind of Ketitucky npon the subject of Abolit ion ; oud we sincerely hope no eflbrt of the Slave Power will still his voice, or dry his pen. Resolved, Tfiat "Ijiberty and Union, now and forever, one and insepurable," is our mot to- Liberty for nll and Union for Liberty.
