The following gentlemen are nominated for Representativas frora this County by the Liberty party: Darius S. Wood of Lodi, Daniel Pomkrot, of Salem, Robkkt Powell, of Bridg-c water, Alvah Pratt, of Pitisfield, Charles Tkipp, of Ann Arbor, Samuel W. Foster, of Scio. These individuals ars all substantial citizens, competent fiar the ffice of Represntative, and entirely unexceptionable in character. Their election would do honor to the County. The ticket, so far as the qunlificaWons of the candidates entitle a nomination to support, is preferabie to eit her of the others, as all may see by comparing them. The Whigs have nominated the following: James M. Edmund?, of Ypsilanti, Orrin Parsons, of Saline, Harvey Chubb, of Ann Arbor, Joshua G. Leiand, Northfield, 11 P. C. H. Brotherson, of Manchester, Darios Pierce, of Lima. Here is ihc Democratie ticket: Owen VVelch. of Pittsfield, R. P. Sinclair, of Ann Arbor, Barnabas Case, of Manchester, George Douglass, of Superior, George N. Skinner, of Ypsilanti, D. C. Whitwood, of Scio. This laet is generally acknowledgéd to be a hard ticket. Bnt the whole Democracy are expected to sustnin it, on pain of being read out of the party. tVe presume they wül go it, almost without an exception. Those Temperance men who desire the perpetuity of our present License Law, should not support this ticket.
