Cisfiius is alive and at work again. La9t Wednesday we were happy to receive the 12th number of the True American which Uoated at Lcxington, Kentucky, although we suppose it is published at Cincinnati. It contains an Appeal written by Mr. Clay in juslification of himself from the charges of h is enemie, and giving a history of the transactions at Lexington. It occupies nearly twelve columns, and presents Mr. Cley in a very favorable attitude. We think it the nblest produc tion we have ever eeen from his pen. We intend tocopy from it largely. 01? Post Office address of Kov. ürin Doolitlle is Jacksons Mills, Lenawee Co. Mich.
