We were in error last week in atatinjhal Mr. Cliij'imn of Michigan made the moiion for re-adopting the G.i? Rul. The motion was made by Mr. Chapman, of Al&bnmn. and was voted for by Mr. Chipman, with eleven othcr Northern doughOices. The Rule reods thus: ;fll.
