By the new rcviseJ Statu tes, the following property is exempt from levy nnd sale uner any exccution, or upon any othcr final process of a court: 1. AU spinning whcels, weaving loom, with the apparntus, and stoves pul up or kept for use in any dwelling house. 2. A. sent, pew or slip, occupied by Buch person or family in any house or place of public worship. "3. All cemeteries, tombs nnd rights of burial, while in use as repositories of the dead. 2. All arms and accoutrements required by law to be kept by any person ; all wearing npparel of evory person or family. "5. The library and school books of very individual and family, not cxceed ing one hundred and ñfty dollars, and all family picturcs. " 6. To each householder, ten sheop. vith their flcece; and the yarn or cloth manufactured from same ; two cows, five swine, and pro'visions and fuel for the comfortable subsistence of such householder and fnmily for six months. "7. To each householder, al! houseI hold goods, furniture and utensils, not exceeding in value two hundred and fifty . dollars. ♦8. The tools, impietnents, materials stock, apparatus, team, vehicle, horses harness or other things to enable any per son to carry on the profession, trade, oc cupation or business, in which he i wholly or principally engaged, not ex ceeding ir. value Uvo hundred and fift dollars. "9. A suflicientquantity of hay, grain feed and roots for proper ly keeping fo six montbs, the animáis in the severa subdivisions of this section exempted froi xecution; and any chattel mortgage, bil of sale, or other Hen created on any pai of the property above doscribed, excep such as. is mentioned in tho eighth sub división of this soction, shall be void unlesssuch mortgage, bill of sale or lie besigned by the wife of the party making ■uch lien, (if he have one.")
