"I'hey roceived a memorial f rom Mr. Graha:n, setting forth tliat he had been wrongfully suspended froni the minisiry by the Cincinnati Synod for his pro livery book ; tTiat the assembly of 1846 had deerend that action to be unconstitutional, nuil und void, and had ordered the Synod to reverse il, but they had refused ti) do so ; thercfore he again appenls to the Assembly fi ir relief.
