The democrats clcct all the Jurlgos of Appeal?,viz. Messrs. Buonson', Ruggles, üardinhr and Jewett, by HTl average msjoriiy of about 15,000. Chief Juslice Broxso.n's inajority over theluwest whig candidate will exceed 20,000. Of the Juslices of the Supreme Couit, the democrats elect ticcnly-lwo, viz. - The eniire fuur in ihe lst, 2d, öihand 6ih districts, three n ihe 4th, two in the 3d, and one in the 7th districts; and the whigs elect ten, viz. two in the 3d, one in the 4th, three in the'ind, and four in the 8th. The Democratie Clerk of the Court of Appeals is elected by someihing over 6000 majority. Such is the result oflhe fust election under the new constitution.
