-Our friend Beebee, of New York Mills, keeper of a Temjerance House, and an observer of ihe Sabbaih, has heen sued for refusing to take in and feed a man's horse on Sunday. He offered to take him in and keep him until Mondny ; but the traveller declined ihe ofle-, and demanded for himself & beast refreshrnentihat he mightnumediately pursue his way. This snit will decide the question whether the keepers of" public houses" are obliged to furnish refreshments to Sabbat h-breakers. - Lib. Press.
