The Washington Correspondent of the Raltimore Clipper says; Mr. Dyer sold, this nfternoon, at lenst n cart-load of the contents of dead letters nndbundlcs. Atnong the many articles we noticed a beautiful badge made of cnssla seed, fish hooks and iines. stockings, gloves, nightcaps, hats, razors, and straps; paints in bottles and boxes: sacking for beds, aprons, spectacles, vest buttons, bsad bngs and pursesj miniatures, gold and brass breastpins and rings, a pack of cards, n box oí tools ('ralher smnll J silver crucifixen, handkerchiefs, book markers, calicóes, from a yard to a frock paitern; med cines, from a box of "golden pills" to n box of cáncer oil and a bottle of BulI's sarsnparilla. Books, including two coppies of "Mother Goose," and a dozen Bibles and Testamenjs, in Germán and in English; prayer books, Grabam's magazine, gramman, sheet music, etc. A Dutchnian's pipe was in the collection of cnriosities; also a gnrment, similar to a robe de chambre, wil h a black velvet belt, sewed fast, and trimmed at tho edges witli gold paper. It was doubtless atheatrical costume, inteneled for an amateur.
