Tliis Institution is located in the totvn of Woodstock, Lenowee Coiinty Mich. It is twenty miles west froto Adrián, nnd about the same distarme south east from Jackson. Tiie Instifution wül be opencd for the reception of scholars both male and female on the 15th of Nov. - Thiá school has been established for the special benefit of Co'lored PEorLE,though all are invited to attend. The Tuilion will be from two to five dollars a tnrtn, according to the studies pursued. Eacli term will continue twelve weeks. Colored students who are ufiablê to pay for their tuition will be taught free of charge. Room and board can be obtained in the ])lace for one dollar per week. Studenis can have the privilege of defraying a part or all of thair expenses by Manual labor.
