GREEN LY, Governor of the Staie of Michigan, do recomineni that Thürsday, the twenty-fifth day ol November next, be set apart and observed by the citizens of th;s State, as o day of general Thanksgiving and Prayer to Almighty God, for the signal benefils and blessings whioh as a people ve have enjoyed during the past yenr.
