Mr.. Editor: - An interesling and significant incident occerred in our last Democratie State Convention a! Ja?kson, of whicb I was a spectator, wiiich I do r.ot recollect to have feon aiïuded to since. Tlie report of te cimmittec on resoluiions, recommended a Democratie National Convcniion to be held at Baltimore. - The Ilon.
