We learn that atthe special election of clerk, in Ka!arno2oof Murritt C. Cobb, the Whig candidato, was chosen. He proposes to introduce into the comnoon schools, to be taught as ordinary branche, Book Keeping, Composrtion, Elocution, Music, and some knowledge of Agriculture.
