AwFtL Catastropue. - Thi8 morning about 10 o'clock, on explosión took placo in one of the buildings nt the Arsenal, in a room devcted to the manufoclure of the Ten Inch Fuses and Boinb Sholls, whidi destroyed all thö fuse com positiun, blew out the windows, and injured, more or less, nearly all the workmen engaged in ihnt deparlment. It is supposed to have been cnused by a boy stepping on some of the composition which !ay upon the brick floor of the room, with a boot which contained ron acks in the heel. This ignited and oxloded all the composition in the room, mounting to 12 or 14 pounds. The xplosion cnusoda loud report, damaged ie building, and set it on fire.
